Newly built, spacious and exclusive semi-detached house in Stugby Hjelmbacken, ski-in/ski-out, 750 meters above sea level, with a stunning view of the mountains and the Norwegian mountain range.
The house is spread over two floors, offering fantastic views. There is room for up to eight people across four bedrooms.
On the entrance floor, youâll find a large and inviting living room with over four meters of ceiling height, a fireplace, and direct connection to the dining area, bar seating, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, induction hob, two ovens, microwave, fridge, freezer, and two dishwashers.
There are also two generous balconies/terraces and large windows that create a wonderful atmosphere and allow plenty of natural light. Two bedrooms have double beds, sliding-door wardrobes. One bedroom has a bunk bed and wardrobe. There are two WCs, one of which is also equipped with a shower. A large hallway with ample storage is located by the entrance.
On the lower floor, there is an additional bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. This floor also has a WC as well as a relaxation area with two showers and a large sauna. Youâll also find a spacious entrance area with plenty of storage and two drying cabinets. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, there is also a luggage/storage room. The house has water-based underfloor heating and an efficient ventilation system. Charging of electric vehicles is possible and permitted at designated charging stations for a fee.
