Newly built, spacious and exclusive semi-detached house in Stugby Hjelmbacken, ski-in/ski-out, 750 meters above sea level, with a striking view of the mountains and the Norwegian mountain range.
There is space for up to eight people across three bedrooms. The living room is well-designed with generous natural light, connected to the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with storage underneath and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, also with storage underneath. There are two WCs, one of which also includes a shower, sauna, and a combined washer/dryer.
A large hallway with a drying cabinet and ample storage is located by the entrance. The entire apartment has water-based underfloor heating and an efficient ventilation system. Charging of electric vehicles is possible and permitted at designated charging stations for a fee.
